Terms of Service
ProIntel · Effective 30 July 2026
ProIntel (the “Platform”) is provided by AZR Consulting (“AZR”) to client practices under a services agreement. By accessing the Platform you accept these terms on behalf of the practice that authorised your account.
Use of the Platform
Accounts are issued to a practice’s authorised team members only. You agree not to share credentials, attempt to access another practice’s data, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. The practice controls which of its systems (practice management, accounting) are connected, and may disconnect them at any time.
Data
Data retrieved from a practice’s connected systems remains the practice’s data. AZR processes it only to provide the Platform, as described in the Privacy Policy. The Platform presents figures for management insight; it is not an accounting system of record, and figures should be verified against source systems before being relied on for statutory or tax purposes.
We may analyse aggregated, de-identified usage patterns across practices (for example, common document-editing habits) to improve the Platform; the content of your notes and documents is never included in this analysis.
Availability and changes
The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis and may change as features are added. AZR will take reasonable care to keep the service accurate and available but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through the payment partner shown at checkout. Depending on the partner, either AZR is the supplier and the partner (for example, Whop) acts as payment processor, or the partner (for example, Paddle) acts as merchant of record. Either way, the terms below are AZR’s own commitments and apply regardless of which partner processes the charge.
14-day free trial: every plan starts with a free trial, so you can use ProIntel fully before any charge is made.
Refunds:because every plan includes a free trial, subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable except where the law requires or where the payment partner that processed your charge grants refund rights of its own. In particular, when a charge is processed by Paddle as merchant of record, Paddle’s Buyer Terms give you a 14-day refund right on that charge, and that right applies in full. Charges processed by other partners carry no refund commitment beyond what the law of your jurisdiction provides.
You may cancel at any time: your subscription remains active until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charges are made.
Closing your account: a practice owner may close their account at any time from Settings. Billing is cancelled immediately and every other member is signed out, while the owner keeps read-only access for 30 days to export records. Non-clinical business data is deleted 30 days after closing. Clinical records (patient notes, files, and consultation transcripts) are kept for 7 years after closure, as clinical record-keeping obligations require, and remain available to the practice on request during that time.
To request a refund, use the receipt link in your payment confirmation email, or contact prointel@azr-consulting.com.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZR’s aggregate liability arising from the Platform is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, and AZR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
