ProIntel by AZR Consulting
Questions and answers
Straight answers to what practices ask first about ProIntel: what it is, how it works with Cliniko, where data is stored, what the AI sees, pricing, and who builds it.
Is ProIntel a scribe or a practice management system?
ProIntel is an all in one practice management platform, and the AI scribe is one part of it. The same app runs scheduling, patient records and documents, insurance claim forms, patient email, invoicing and payments, meetings and minutes, business insights and an SOP assistant for staff, all working from the same patient record.
Does ProIntel replace my practice software or work beside it?
Both, depending on the practice. A practice starting fresh runs everything in ProIntel: schedule, records, notes, documents, claim forms, email and, on Solo+ and Clinic, invoicing. A practice already on Cliniko or QuickBooks keeps them: ProIntel reads the Cliniko schedule and files approved notes into Cliniko, and reads QuickBooks for the finance view on Solo+ and Clinic.
How does ProIntel work with Cliniko?
Each clinician connects their own Cliniko key, the schedule reads the practice's Cliniko bookings, and ProIntel briefs the clinician from the patient's Cliniko notes before the consult. After the consult the clinician approves the note, and it files into Cliniko as a draft treatment note under their own Cliniko identity, with any later amendment filed as an appended note.
Does ProIntel work without Cliniko?
Yes. For a practice with no other clinical system, ProIntel is the record: patients are registered in ProIntel and booked on its schedule, and approved notes, documents, claim forms and emails all live on the patient's encrypted ProIntel file, which exports in one action.
Where is my data stored?
In the United States, on managed cloud infrastructure encrypted at rest, with every connection encrypted in transit. Clinical content is also encrypted by ProIntel itself with AES-256-GCM before it is stored, under keys held outside the database. Each practice's data is kept apart from every other practice's by row-level security.
Which AI companies see patient information?
Patient information reaches an AI model provider only inside the clinical scribe, which only clinicians use, so the note, brief or document a clinician asked for can be written. Our AI model provider does not train on our data under its commercial terms, and the transcription service keeps audio only for the moment it takes to process the request. Everywhere else, ProIntel's AI works from practice-level totals. Vendor names are available to a practice under a confidentiality agreement on request.
What happens to consultation audio after seven days?
Recordings are encrypted and kept up to 7 days so a consult can be picked up on another device, then deleted automatically, without exception. A clinician can delete one sooner at any time, and discarding a consult deletes its recording at once. The transcript stays encrypted and readable only by that clinician until they delete it, and the approved note is the permanent record.
Does the AI write into the record itself?
Only once a clinician approves. The AI drafts the note and proposes chart updates; the clinician reviews and edits the note, approves it, and confirms each chart update with its own tap. Approved notes are permanent, and a correction files as a dated amendment beside the original.
Is ProIntel still in beta?
ProIntel is fully launched and on sale: it left beta on 2 September 2026. Solo, Solo+ and Clinic each start with a 14-day free trial, and Enterprise is arranged with the AZR Consulting team.
What if AZR Consulting stops operating?
Your data is yours. On request, AZR Consulting exports a practice's complete data within 30 days, and if ProIntel ever shut down, every practice would receive its complete export first. Each patient's complete record also exports in one action from inside ProIntel at any time.
Can my front desk see clinical notes?
Only when the practice owner gives them that permission. Front-desk access is set one permission at a time (managing bookings, filing incoming documents, viewing a patient's documents, reading consult notes history), and every record access is logged with the staff member's name. Transcripts, recordings, pre-consult briefs and the AI scribe stay with clinicians.
Can I export my data?
Yes. A patient's complete record (demographics, every note with its amendment history, documents and the record's access log) exports in one action as a readable PDF and structured data, and every invoice downloads as a PDF. On request, AZR Consulting exports a practice's complete data within 30 days.
Which data protection law is ProIntel built for?
ProIntel is built for the Data Protection Act of Trinidad and Tobago, which treats health information as sensitive personal information, and applies the same protections everywhere: application-layer encryption, role separation, an audit log of every access, and a clinician approval gate before anything enters the record.
How is ProIntel priced?
ProIntel is priced per clinician, in US dollars. Solo is $149 a month ($125 a month billed annually), Solo+ is $179 ($150 billed annually), and Clinic is $129 per clinician ($109 billed annually) plus a $99 monthly platform fee. Enterprise, for multi-branch practices, is priced with our team. Solo, Solo+ and Clinic each start with a 14-day free trial, and staff who never see patients never pay for a seat.
